Kristen is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, and personality-related challenges, with a particular interest in Borderline Personality Disorder.
They take a collaborative, individualised, and evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing on modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. Therapy is tailored to each person, with a focus on building practical skills and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
