What to expect
How Psychology Outcomes works
- You'll be matched with a psychologist trained in your specific challenge.
- Sessions are weekly or fortnightly — same day and time each week.
- Progress is tracked every session using a validated outcome measure.
- If you're not improving by session 2, you'll be offered a free Care Pathway group.
What therapy looks like
Sessions are 50 minutes. Your psychologist will spend the first session understanding your situation and building a clear treatment plan. You'll leave knowing exactly what to work on.
Care Pathways
Free yoga, mindfulness, and sleep coaching groups run every term. Your psychologist may invite you to one of these at your second session.
