What We Do

We’ll match you with a psychologist who is trained in treating your specific challenges. You will be provided with a day and time for individual therapy every week or fortnight that is always yours — no delays and no waiting, just consistent care. We will provide a clear treatment plan so you know what will happen in your individual therapy to reach your goals.

We will track your improvements every session and if you are not feeling better by the second session we will offer you Care Pathways — our fresh approach to mental health care.

We believe in value-based care — focusing on your goals and progress, not just counting the hours. Put simply, we want to help you get better, and stay better for the long run.

1:1 Therapy

Matched to a psychologist trained specifically for what you are experiencing. Weekly or fortnightly at a consistent day and time — the same as a PT but for your mind.

Progress is tracked every single session using MyOutcomes, a global platform used by top mental health services. Your psychologist adjusts your plan if you are not improving.

Our Care Pathways Approach

Our Care Pathways approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. We truly care about your progress and believe you are coming to us to feel better. If you are not feeling better in your individual therapy by the second session, we offer additional group support classes we call “Care Pathways” at no cost.

Our Care Pathways include: our Yoga Group (“Activate Your Life”), our Sleep Coaching Group (“Get the Rest You Need”) and our Mindfulness Group (“Tame Your Thoughts”). Each class is held in our clinic and is designed to complement your therapy. You only pay for your therapy appointments — the extra classes are on us.

Our Care Pathways approach was co-designed with input from clients and psychologists. By combining these extra Care Pathways with your one-on-one therapy sessions, we aim to speed up your recovery and help you feel better faster. You are in control — many people come to 1:1 therapy and stick with that. For others, they like the thought of having 1:1 therapy as well as additional group support if they are not feeling better within the first few weeks. Whatever you choose, we support you.

What’s the Catch?

How can you give away so much extra care and support for the same price as normal one-on-one therapy sessions?

We only provide two types of one-on-one therapy appointments: weekly or fortnightly sessions. We believe consistent and reliable support ensures you feel better faster and are not in therapy forever. We believe people come to therapy for an outcome — not just to have more appointments in life.

We don’t waive fees if you don’t attend. If you can’t attend in person, we will offer video therapy you can easily access via this website, or we will call you to provide phone therapy. This way we bring the support to you no matter what pops up in life.

Getting Support When Life Gets in the Way

Sometimes life gets in the way — we get it. Your treatment has been designed intentionally to provide structure, make it easy to attend, and to provide options when it’s hard to get to the clinic for support.

You’ll be given an appointment the same day and time each week or fortnight, so therapy becomes a stable part of your routine rather than something you have to squeeze in around everything else. This consistency makes it easier to plan your life while protecting your therapy time and providing consistent care.

And if you can’t make it to the clinic, no worries: we can meet by video or phone. That way, you stay engaged and supported — even on the weeks where life gets in the way. Our video therapy platform lets you connect from home or anywhere you choose. It feels just as personal as being together in the room and people find they make just as much progress in video therapy as they do in person.
