Molly Neeson, Client Journey & Reception
Molly has experience as a receptionist supporting clients to get access to the best mental health care and has also had four years training in Psychology. With this real-world experience and education she brings a calming and supportive voice to clients when they walk through the door. Molly will often be heard on the phone providing support and information on how to match the best Psychologist to the needs of clients. She will also be one of the warm faces you will meet when you come into the clinic for your first session and beyond. Clients create a genuine connection with Molly and come up to reception to chat about whats going on, even when they don’t need support to have an appointment scheduled. Molly is proactive and helps our team think outside the box to make mental health easier for clients, more accessible and more effective. She also is skilled with a basketball and often single-handedly gets more shots in on our carpark basketball court than anyone else. Molly is person-centered and truly listens to what you need. We are thankful to have Molly on the other end of the line when you call and she can’t wait to meet you when you come to your first session.
